According to Menu for Justice Quality Plan (see the attachment), the project is subject both to internal quality evaluation and to quality review by an external auditor. The objective of the Quality Plan is to ensure the correct and fruitful development of Menu for Justice project, by constantly monitoring the project lifecycle. To this end, a special Task Force was formed, which interacts with the governing bodies. The Quality approach will consider 3 dimensions (processes, activities and products).
The purpose of the First Intermediate Quality Report is twofold: to evaluate the quality of the project development, with particular regard to deadlines, activities and tasks distribution, and to point out the project strength and weakness. First of all, the report refers about the feedback of the partners and Eacea Agency on the project development (Section 1). Secondly, it points out the strong and weak aspects of the project, underlining what should be improved, amended or implemented. Some proposals are finally elaborated for the most important topics (Section 2).
Three web-based surveys were conducted in 2010 among the partners: two on the quality of the kick off meeting in Rome (February 4th and 5th, 2010) and of the Bologna meeting (Bologna, 4th -5th November 2010); one on the general development of the project. Please find attached the forms used for the surveys.
