Menu for Justice - Toward a European Curriculum Studiorum on Judicial Studies

Based on the country reports of the four Task Forces and the feedback from practicing legal professionals, the Menu for Justice Coordinators developed a set of recommendations for legal and judicial training, from undergraduate degree to vocational training. Such recommendations and the methodology of the work are illustrated in the document “Policy Guidelines on Legal Education in Europe” (please, find it attached in the meeting documents). The Bucharest Final Conference focused on the Policy Guidelines on Legal Education in Europe, as a starting point for a broader debate about changes and challenges the legal professions have to cope with in the current era.
